yeah well... 100 percent GOP voters in the North Carolina are against OBAMA for president.
To: cdchik123
So what? Everyone knows McCain has it sown up so some chose to vote their preference for Huckabee. Means nothing except the media just trying to stir up dissent on our side.

McCain is dead in the water. Deal with it !

I voted “No Preference”. I was peeved that I couldn’t write in Fred Dalton Thompson, but there was no space provided, and I didn’t want to spoil my ballot for the downticket races. Wasn’t about to vote for Krazy Keyes, Gomer Huckabee, or the Crazy Uncle, and couldn’t bring myself to actually vote for McCain.
To: cdchik123
It was a protest vote, IMHO.
Come November, Republicans will be faced with a clear choice of McCain or Obama.
I believe that, given those choices, they will vote for the lesser of two evils.
Recognizing that there are potentially 3 Supreme Court Justices who may need to be replaced, I will hold my nose and vote for McCain.

I am actually surprised that 342,000 people voted for a guy without an opponent. McCain will take pragmatic old North Carolina, don’t worry.

The way you have it stated I believe your glass half empty. People aren’t voting against McCain they are voting for someone else and since it’s only republicans voting it really means squat. Show me a poll that has 26% voting for Obama, now that will have significance.

This has got to be the lamest attempt to purposely coloring election returns that I have ever seen.
I mean correct me if I am wrong but in all the times that I have looked at a ballot I have yet to see a spacing saying "Check here to vote AGAINST this candidate"
Come on we vote FOR candidates.
ABC's attempt at playing "The Great Karnack" and divining the "intent" behind people votes is just another pathetic reminder that these MSM twits are in no way, shape or form interested in actually "reporting" the news.
