The record employment, the record home ownership even with the credit crunch, the real rise in income, the lower taxes, the expanding economy? Maybe the continued fall of violent crime? How about wars that have freed 10's of millions of people that were nothing more than human bombs aimed at us....with a cost of less than a thousand troops a year and less than 5% of our budget. Maybe you believe that we haven't been attacked since 9/11 because of luck.

What planet are you living on...people are losing their homes due to foreclosures...banks are posting record losses; credit card companies are comtemplating collosal interest increases.
