Maybe it is impeccable personal conduct while in the White House? I guess it could be his loyalty to his subordinates or his constant fight to stop the erosion of presidential power? Jimmy Carter exhibited impeccable personal conduct too--except he never got arrested for DUI, and just check out his history of loyalty to crooks such as Bert Lance.
Then again, it could be his fight to make sure our children are literate.

What planet are you living on...people are losing their homes due to foreclosures...banks are posting record losses; credit card companies are comtemplating collosal interest increases.
