Rush Limbaugh, the self-appointed Commander-in-Chief of Operation Chaos, is puffing on his immense cigar and gloating at this very moment in his Florida bunker. And preparing to celebrate two more grand and glorious political victories over Democrats today, no matter who wins the primaries in Indiana and Florida.
Usually as shy and retiring as, say, P.T. Barnum, the influConservative radio talkshow host Rush Limbaugh, the self-appointed commander in chief of Operation Chaos designed to promote the candidacy of New York Senator Hillary Clinton with Republican help against Illinois Senator Barack Obama and prolong the political infighting within the democratic party as long as possibleential conservative radio talk-show host is in his bombastic element these past couple of months, ordering many of his 12 million-plus obedient daily listeners to switch their voting registration presumably from the Republican party and go cast a ballot wherever they are for Sen. Hillary Clinton.
Not because he suddenly likes her after all these years of anti-Clinton rants. Nor, judging by what he's said on the air, because he's a huge fan of the presumptive Republican nominee, Sen. John McCain, who isn't conservative enough for the broadcaster.
Rushbo says he couldn't care less who wins the Democratic Party's presidential nomination. He just wants the two surviving candidates to beat up on each other as long as possible, hopefully...
into their national convention in Denver in late August.
In fact, the maverick maestro admitted during a Fox News interview Monday that he thinks Sen. Barack Obama will ultimately win the Democratic nomination. But the freshman Illinois senator will be a lot more bruised than he would have been had he floated to easy victories all winter and into the spring as Clinton fell behind in votes, delegates and money.

He can’t wait to be Hillary’s intern in the White House! He would need extra padding on those kneepads.
Looks like Operation Chaos is proceeding on schedule.
As long as the Clinton political machine doesn’t win the primary, John McManiac may owe Rush a Department position.
While the LAST candidate that I want to see win the dem nomination is clinton, I think that his predictions have been just about 100% on this point.
Oh please..
The only position that any conservative will get from mccain is on their knees.

Why would Rush take the pay cut? :)
Maybe he can require McCain to put Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams in prominent cabinet positions.
Or, to make Ann Coulter his press secretary.
Take that to the DU, please.
Well, maybe McMainiac will be the first President in history to change parties midterm.
On the other hand, I hope he picks conservative VEEP, and then as he takes office, he finds he is too ill to finish out his term.
I’d LOVE to have Ann Coulter as my “press” secretary!!!!

You know, you may be on to something. Probably the only way McCain will get actual support from Conservatives is to have a Conservative running mate. IF Operation Chaos is successful or at least keeps w/ the media attention, it can be used to show McCain the number of voters and the influence that can be had and that he should listen to Conservatives because they yield more power than he believes.. hmmm... something to chew over...
Dang. The drive-by reporter from the LA Times understands Operation Chaos better than some Freepers.
The MSM will never admit that Operation Chaos has had a significant impact on the Democrat race, because that would require them to acknowledge Rush as a political force. They can’t both dismiss Rush as insignificant and blame him for Obama tanking at the polls at the same time.
If you don’t support Hillary, then avoid a risk and don’t vote for Hillary.
Limbaugh/Coulter '08.
In a sane world.
