But I also know that I can logically depend upon conservatives in Congress to fight against any such proposal put forth by either Cankles or The Obamessiah; whereas they would be materially less likely to oppose any identical such awfulness, proffered by their party's sitting President.

I think thats a pretty rational reason for pulling a McCain on McCain.

I will vote for McCain but I don't have a problem with someone not voting for the guy. He has given Conservatives too many reasons to hate him, his biggest is the condescending attitude toward them.

I will simply be voting for permanent tax cuts and hopefully drilling in ANWAR.
