A letter from the library said the total 502 pages from the Millennium Alert After Action Review (MAAR) are "restricted in their entirety," under federal law and that the documents are "classified in the interest of national defense or foreign policy."

If true, why does Berger get to walk in the light of day as a free man? There is something horribly wrong.

I thought he burned them.

Now we know they were given to Bubba...Which explains why they let Burglar contact Bubba's lawyer first....rather than having him IMMEDIATELY arrested.

a deal was cut with the Bush administration, heck Bush even got them to reduce sandy burlgar's already low judgement
