Michelle Obama lifted the lid on the irritation felt by the leading Democrat candidate for the White House at the way anti-American outbursts by his pastor, Jeremiah Wright, have dogged his campaign..... SNIP... Mrs Obama told a rally in Durham, North Carolina, on Friday that only her husband's desire to change US politics had helped him to control his feelings....

She'll be the one to fly off the handleI wonder if she'll be talking in Phoenix any time soon? I could set her off. Give me 20 minutes to brain storm this, and I could set her off.

“Hes for change, which is something I need in my life. Until recently I was selling drugs, and now Im selling T-shirts.”
This reminds me of that haggard old gramma waiving her flabby arm telling Obama to “lift us up”, etc. WHO ARE these people who look up to lawyers/politicians as some great role models?? I mean, seriously - do you not have any better people to inspire you than a bunch of professional liars?? The best you can hope for is for them to leave you alone - but no, they’re begging them to change their lives! Who raised these idiots? What a fundamentally ridiculous way to think. Besides - I thought “They are the ones they’re waiting for”??

"Sanford, you old heathen!" Good one.
I was reminded of Flip Wilson's character 'Geraldine.'

"A poll on Saturday found 58 per cent of voters believe his de-nunciation of the Rev Wright was merely an act of political expediency." Those are the chickens of "listening to hate speech for 20 years and saying nothing against it because it served the political purpose of winning the Angry Black Vote in South Chicago" coming home to roost.

Wonder why he needs to control his feelings?
We already know Michelle doesn’t know how.

OK Michelle...we get it!
You're the stereotypical, angry black woman, who feels compelled to turn every interview into a bitch session. We don't really know why, with your priviledged, silver-spoon life and ivy league education, but, perhaps you were very spoiled as a child, and nothing would make you happy for longer than 10 minutes.
No, insofar as your frat-boy husband is concerned, the old saying goes "birds of a feather...", so if he has hung around old "rev" wright for over 20-years, and didn't "get it"...then how are we supposed to trust him to understand things like foreign relations, international trade, taxes, economics, race relations, the economy, etc.
Is his total portfolio Presidential qualifications based on the nutcase ranting of a race-baiting preacher - who seemingly shares his anger with America, and whitey, with you?
Or maybe it's that little strut and sneer he displays when he appears before the O.J. Jury...er, supporters.
I think it's entirely possible that the entire American population is being treated to a con-job by you, barry and jerimiah.
Do you think people are going to line up to vote for someone because his wife and his preacher are "angry". HA!
You know, Mrs. Kerry didn't do ol' John too much good in his quest for the office...hell, she was such a flake I still won't even by Heinz Ketchup.
Putting both feet in your mouth at the same time does not intimidate anyone.
You choose to blast the people who find jerimiah a little weird and have questions about your husbands associations with him? Makes me wonder what type of people you let your children associate with...I mean, if a 20-year association with reverend nutcase doesn't mean anything, maybe you wouldn't mind if your kids hung out with drug addicts and gang-bangers.
Admittedly, that's just a thought, but principles ARE principles.
Maybe you and barry should step back...say for about 20 more years, clean up your associations, get a little more experience in the political realm, and try again later...after all, the office of the Presidency is not under a quota system....yet.

One would think that someone as intelligent as she claims to be would clue in to the fact that she’s been made by now. If she’s like this in public, what is she saying to hubby in private? What kind of vitriol does she keep sequestered away for when the cameras aren’t on? My personal opinion: if she’s any different than the screeching “we want reparations!” banshees we’ve been treated to over the last two decades I’ll go find something inedible to eat.
