Why should there be a “homeland” for Muslims? The Christians are not doing anything to them, and if the Muslims want to live there, all they have to do is - well, live there and leave their neighbors alone. But like many countries with an aggressive Muslim minority, the Phillipines have somehow decided that the way to handle the Muslims is to throw them a little bit of sovereign territory rather than insisting that the Muslims settle down and behave like everybody else.
The world is the Muslim homeland.
