It was sort of strange. He was carrying a laptop, but had no camera. Yet he was in the area with the photographers.

This agitating twit had to be a DemonRAT plant set up to draw a violent reaction from McCain. They have calculated that they can push his buttons and cause him to show his temper for the cameras.
The association with Joe Biden makes me wonder if Biden hatched this plan.
