JERUSALEM – Israel should give up its nuclear weapons to ensure Iran halts its illicit nuclear program, argues an adviser on nuclear issues to Sen. Barack Obama.
Joseph Cirincione, director of nuclear policy at the Center for American Progress, also previously dismissed reports Israel's Sept. 6 airstrike targeted a Syrian nuclear reactor as "nonsense" and called Damascus' nuclear program "miniscule."
Immediately following Israel's air raid, Cirincione listed "Israelis [who] want to thwart any dialogue between the U.S. and Syria" as among those spreading rumors Syria was constructing a nuclear facility.

Liberals almost by definition are against people and human progress. Why should it be any different with Jewish liberals going against the best interests of Israel?
Obama’s chief advisor, David Axelrod is Jewish. So is his campaign manager, David Plouffe. The idea that any American President can force Israel to do anything is nonsense. Congress would never support it.
How long before we hear this guy ‘misspoke’? This is the first, concrete position that’s come out of the Obama camp, and it’s as frightening as it is to hear about Obama’s friends and associates. This position, IMHO, will be retracted and watered down with some sort of wishy-washy explanation that will still leave the door open down the road to screw Israel. Any Jew that votes for this guy is asking for the Holocaust, Part II.
