The continuing growth could increase their influence, and this election year has focused more attention on how much the Hispanic population is increasing.

Regarding immigration . . specifically, the Democrat's stance on it in 1910 . . . something about the passage of time.... huh? This is from the platform of John C. Broocks who ran for US Congress as a Democrat in 1910. He was from san Augustine Texas.
