Even if our families were here, only a small portion owned slaves.

My grandfather’s neighbors used to tell the story about how the crusty, ill tempered old German immigrant threw a carving knife at the KKK grand poobah’s head when he made an attempt to coerce Gramps into joining the organization. Gramps was said to have also told the gentleman that next time he wouldn't miss. Some of our families supported the rights of black folks, and still do, regardless of what Rev. Wright believes.

The Slimes and rest of the MSM are so very predictable. I said yesterday that this is a “rope a dope” on the part of the false messiah to rid himself of his “Rev” problem once and for all. Not only do you have the nations “paper of record” putting the matter to rest, but they actually end their opinion piece by insinuating that anyone who brings the matter up again is a racist! I'm sure if you asked these same people at the Slimes privately more than half of these moonbats who are so internally twisted with “white guilt” would agree with the Reverend's ravings. What this all boils down to is that we are to forget the 20 YEARS Hussein spent in the pew listening to a madman, or be called a racist for questioning his character for this decision.

GREAT repudiation of an idiotic article in, what else, the New York Times.

Can you believe how egregiously hypocritcal The NYT is?. I posted a NYT editorial only a few days ago.

A shameful,Ugly Ad
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2007268/posts
Race-baiting. Those are the only words to describe a new television ad from the Republican Party running in North Carolina that attacks Senator Barack Obama as “too extreme” for the state. Senator John McCain was right to condemn the ad and demand that state Republican Party leaders pull it — a demand they refused. As of Friday, the state party’s Web site was soliciting contributions to “keep this ad on the air.” The country cannot afford such divisiveness.

In today's editorial they chastise McCain for not trying hard enough to stop a race-baiting ad

Mr. McCain has not tried hard enough to stop a race-baiting commercial — complete with video of Mr. Wright — that is being run against Mr. Obama in North Carolina.

But in the following editorial from a few days ago they credit him for condemning the ad.

Senator John McCain was right to condemn the ad and demand that state Republican Party leaders pull it — a demand they refused.
Mr. McCain has not tried hard enough to stop a race-baiting commercial — complete with video of Mr. Wright — that is being run against Mr. Obama in North Carolina.

Second Point
In today's ad they call Wright a racist, yet in the editorial below they call the NC ad, A Shameful Ugly Ad. Why? If Wright's racist like they said today why should the NC ad be uhly or shameful???

The only thing that is ugly and shameful is the NYT.

“It is an injustice, a legacy of the racist threads of this nation’s history, but prominent African-Americans are regularly called upon to explain or repudiate what other black Americans have to say, while white public figures are rarely, if ever, handed that burden.”

BULLSH!T

"Senator Obama has had to struggle to explain this relationship ever since a video surfaced of Mr. Wright....In the last few days, in a series of shocking appearances....."

The video surfaced??? It was sold in the office of his church.

In the last few days??? He's been saying this for at least 20 years.

This isn't news, it's spin.

Obama is the Republicans' dream. He'll sink like a rock--if he gets the nomination.

McCain's Vice Presidential choice is very important. He/she will face Hillary in 2012--assuming Hillary doesn't figure out how to wrest the nomination from Obama before this November.

Hillary has already improved her act. Her interview with O'Reilly was successful. And she will have four years of acting class to fine tune it.

McCain's Vice President must be well chosen to take her on and must spend the next four years preparing for it. Hillary will know who the heir/heiress apparent is and will have ample time for a massive arms build-up.

Limbaugh may have made a big blunder. He's battered Obama, but that was not necessary. Obama never had a chance of getting elected. If Limbaugh had stayed out of it, the Democrats would have eliminated Hillary, and the Republicans would have watched Obama eliminated himself. Thanks to Rush, Hillary has remained viable. She's doing better than ever and better than she would ever have done if the Democrats had dispatched her months ago. Limbaugh has merely increased her viability as a candidate in 2012, made it possible for her to get her act together, and increased her chances of snatching the nomination away from Obama this year.

If Hillary wins big in Indiana and North Carolina and figures out how to seat the Florida and Michigan delegates, she might be able to persuade the Super Deligates to give her the nomination and make Obama her heir apparent and to appease Obama supporters enough to make them listen to reason, especially if Obama, who is still young, is promised the Presidency in the future.

Rush Limbaugh has been playing with fire.

"Gee, maybe their editorial board is picking up some common sense."

Not at all!

The %$$%^%^% at the New York Slimes are simply trying to stop the hot winds of complaint that are blowing down the facades of Obama's Potemkin Village...

So many facades have been destroyed, the electorate can now see the reality of Obama......and it ain't pretty.
