Interesting that they did not quote this section of the article:

"Noel Keenlyside of the Leibniz Institute of Marine Sciences, Kiel, Germany, said: "The IPCC would predict a 0.3°C warming over the next decade. Our prediction is that there will be no warming until 2015 but it will pick up after that."

He stressed that the results were just the initial findings from a new computer model of how the oceans behave over decades and it would be wholly misleading to infer that global warming, in the sense of the enhanced greenhouse effect from increased carbon emissions, had gone away."

If man-made carbon emissions are as detrimental to the environment as they have led us to believe, you would think that the effect would be strong enough to overcome any natural process. But now they concede that the planet’s climate is more complex than their “hockey stick” models. What are we to conclude then? Could we be talking about the beginning of another Ice Age in the year 2016 if the warming doesn’t “pick up”? Are they so sure, in light of this “new” finding, that atmospheric greenhouse gasses have ever been the critical cause of climate change on Earth? If this model of the moderating effect of ocean behavior is actually low by a factor of less than 5 all of the predictions of doom from global warming in this century are crap!
