Still others may laugh at the appellation “swiftboating” as a descriptive for people who tell the truth about what Wright and Ayers have sermonized and accomplished in the past that makes them such problematic friends.

Swiftboating. Participle. Publicizing something truthful about a left-wing candidate for office's past that the candidate would rather not have voters know about.

So, now that Barack has supposedly "disowned" his Uncle Wright, whom he said a month ago that he could never disown any more than he could disown the Black Community, my question is simple:

Barack, even if I take you at your word (and after all that has happened, that is not easy to do), but, if I do, my question is: If you could exhibit such poor judgement over a 20+ year period about someone so close to you...how many more on your campaign staff, or contributors, or associates have you exhibited the same poor judgement regarding?

What about Ayers? Rezko? and others?

How many more would you exhibit such poor judgement with, if elected, in your cabinet selections, with foreign leaders, as nominations for judges, etc.?

Sorry Barack, but your whole presidential aspiration package wont hunt.

The Left will continue to downplay, dismiss, or just plain lie about Obama’s associations and why they are important.

Too many folks don't keep their eye on the ball. It isn't Rev Wright. It's Obama running for the highest office in the land. No one should be asking Obama to "disavow" Wright, Ayers, etc. A president to be should NOT have been collegial for many years with terrorists and racist hate mongers.

Can anyone imagine Ronald Reagan having years of relationships with these types? I don't think any president has ever been in such bad company.

“...or declined to disavow a Korean War vet and pastor because he spoke too harshly one Sunday…”

Wright was born in 1941. The Korean War started in June, 1950. Either Wright was a Marine at 9 or this Hundt fellow needs a calculator.

These same apologists tried to excuse all the mass murdering Marxists in the last century so this takes less more mental agility than they have already developed.

Major Premise: Jesus would not have sat through two minutes of Wright's spew without rebuking him, then and there, in front of others, as the Bible tells us to do with Christians who are sinning.

Minor Premise: Obama sat through it for twenty years and did nothing, and like a schoolboy caught stealing candy, only did something about the sin when the punishment proved so great he desired to avoid it.

Conclusion: Obama is a man without real morals, and does not show the Fruit of the Spirit that comes from being a practicing Christian. I can't judge his relationship with God, but I can judge the man's Fruits.

Excellent summation of why Obama should not be POTUS (or hold ANY position in government for that matter) and the dangerous people who are attempting to destroy this nation as we know it that he associates and collaborates with. This Nation is in grave danger, far greater than most people realize. What was supposed to be our "free press" and valuable tool in which the TRUTH could be shouted out and heard by all Americans, alerting them to the danger heading towards the nation so that the armed millitia could prepare and take action has fallen into the hands of and corrupted by the enemy.

Is it any wonder why the ememy is actively trying to take away the new free press- the internet- and corrupt it as well?

I truly fear that the generation that is supposed to take control of this nation and guide it carefully into the future is instead going to deliver it into the hands of our enemy; the enemy of our God given freedom, the enemy of liberty; the enemy of happiness.

Why is freedom always so short lived on this earth?

If you haven’t done so, you really need to follow the link above and read the child-like commentary of this Reed Hundt fellow. The comments following are even more funny. It appears the strategy of the left is to feign total outrage and scream Horton and Swiftboat when anybody mentions anything about their god, or the slimy people he associates himself with. It’s self evident to them that the NC ad was completely out of bounds and racist to the core. The best part is they are all convinced that McCain is a big right winger. This should be really fun.

Obama's associates ARE the evidence. They weren't invented by the vast right-wing conspiracy. These are people with who he shares beliefs, values and a worldview in common. We can be charitable and concede Obama probably doesn't hold his pastor's nuttier racist views. But every else Wright has said, there's no evidence that Obama thinks that's wrong. The Left has a kind of an attitude to this country that is not quite forgiving and the American people have taken notice. Obama simply can't or won't answer questions about that and explain why he disagrees with the mainstream judgment about America.
