Why, indeed, such an important question cuts to the quick of the scam.

We never had to go further than our own gulf for infinite supply.

Why?

Clues also include the same word,. Gulf of Tonken (& other token end runs), didn't a U.S. warship blow up in Cuba(?), etc..

China is not drilling in Cuba's waters. The lost the bid for the agreement to Brazil. Drilling is postponed until 2009.
