I subscribed to their hard copy magazine and never got a single issue. They did send me the free hat though, indicating they had the right address. After calling about 3 or 4 times (they were polite on the phone) I just gave up and wrote them off. By then I’d kind of noticed they were pretty useless anyway.
I used to exchange email and speak on the phone with one of the masthead folks there. I still respect him, but I don't think he calls the shots there. Ruddy does. And despite whatever good Ruddy might have done in really being the first reporter to expose the Foster fraud, he has lost all his credibility with his shameless self promotion and questionable reporting. It's too bad, but citing Newsmax is akin to citing the National Enquirer, or maybe worse.
As far as I am concerned, anything that keeps Newsmax reporting on FR to minimum is a good thing.
