Outrage: DNC Ad Shows U.S. Soldiers Being Blown Up

But it doesnt' really show US soldiers being blow up. It shows some kind of explosive, fairly small, going off near two soldiers, but they cut away just as the soldiers start to react. No blood, no guts, anything could have happened from that point forward. Nothing fun though. Unless it was like captured the Jihadi made clip of them shooting a medic, only to see him get up and run behind his HMMWV. What the short version didn't show was the Calvary arriving, in the form of two more HMMWVs, one complete with Ma Duece, capturing or killing their a$$es and liberating the video.

Absolutely. I hate McCain from the top of his ugly peeled head to his fungus ridden feet, and those are just touching on the physical afflictions—not even mentioning the political reasons. HOWEVER, he stands head and shoulders (and that's a VERY BIG head and shoulders) above anything the Dem Party has to offer! So much better, in fact, that I will vote for him. I'm not certain we'd have a country left if one of these Dim Dems won the election!

Smooth, I love my contry, in fact read my about me page. When Kerry ran I read all 12,000 pages of the FBI files on the VVAW and posted over 50 articles here about the scum at the DNC now and then.

McCain is a Socialist which is what we should be fighting.

And I like what Tom Delay said, that conservatives need to apply as much pressure as we can to bring McCain to the right.

The RNC counsel has sent letters to the heads of NBC, CNN, and MSNBC demanding the ad be pulled.

That is a stupid move. Don't demand the ad be pulled; trumpet the fact that the DNC considers al qaeda recruiting videos to be appropriate campaign ad material.

And the principle that SHOULD BE at play here is that when someone says something outrageous you should confront it for its offensiveness and point out what is wrong with it rather than demanding that somebody else silence it. Rather than demand the networks pull the ad, counter it with ads that decry the DNC for using the equivalent of al qaeda recruitment videos.
