Wright wasn’t serious when he said that. It’s just a power play on his part. “You can’t criticize me, because if you do, you’re attacking blacks.”

This idiot preacher has displayed his incredible ignorance for all to see. How can anyone take his stupidity as council. The very idea that he was the “spiritual mentor” to Obama should disqualify the man from office.

This hurts African Americans just as much.

I agree. The three percent African Americans that don't support Obama are not being represented very well.

He has told outrageous lies - things he knows are lies - such as about AIDS.

The one I liked best was that Israel has been developing an ethnic bomb, which will only kill blacks and moslems.

If you are a Christian, you know that there is no such thing as a “black church”.

True. But Wright has been spewing his sh*t at the "UCC," which stopped being Christian years ago.

Is it Trinity united, Church of Christ, or trinity, United Church of Christ?

UCC. Formed by the merger of the Congregational Church, roots in colonial New England, and the Evangelical and Reformed Church. Byt the UCC threw in with the secular left some years ago and have been totally coopted by whatever psychopaths want a podium. When I say they are no longer Christian, that is based on the fact that at a churchwide assembly a couple years ago the UCC corporately defeated a resolution to affirm Jesus Christ as Lord.

I concur in your opinion, but the name of the church is confusing. My father’s family were English immigrants yet for some reason were in the E&R church, which I always thought of as Dutch. Now they’re all UCC.
