i listened "with interest to" the reverend wright's address to the NPC.

frankly, i HOPE that he CONTINUES "speechifying", as he will singlehandedly SINK obama's campaign!!!

btw, the very PRESENCE of the Fruit of Islam THUGS (that is the "security force" of Louis Farrakhan's NOI. at least TWO of the FOI were standing behind him at the NPC.) will turn MANY Americans against obama/wright/DIMocRATS!!!

Actually, I think he reflects the opinion of a lot of the churches that call themselves "black churches." There are other Evangelical churches that are genuine multi-racial Christian churches, and most Catholic churches (with the exception of a couple run by lefty white pastors trying to glom onto what they perceive as blackness) are multi-ethnic.

In New York, "black churches" were nothing but left wing power blocs that called themselves churches so they could be funded by the pennies of sweet dumb grannies. But don't underestimate the power of dumbness. When the government tried Al Sharpton for tax evasion because he had used church funds to buy himself goodies, including a Cadillac, the grannies all came forward to say that they knew that "the Reverend" was going to use the money to buy a Cadillac (their ultimate status symbol) but he deserved it because he was their minister.

My church congregation is around 60% black, but I never considered it to be a “black church”. Does Wright have a segregationist mindset?

Did anyone catch this morning that Reverend (sic) Wright called Jesus a ‘prophet’? This is actually not Christian theology. Christians say Christ wasn't a prophet, he was the fulfillment of prophesy. It is Islam that calls Jesus just a ‘prophet’.

I have listened to attacks on the Catholic Church for 30 years, and attacks on all religion, period during that same time, and none of those churches has ministers screaming God Damn America, or ranting that America invented AIDS to kill the black man.

I openly admit, I am attacking your church.
Defend your self and prove me wrong.
Don't hide behind the skirt of Race.
