Research shows that people with the same college degree in the same job type make about the same pay.

The flawed research used a much lower standard such as women with a BS vs men with a BS.

If you want more pay, seek a profession that compensates you based on tangible results and productivity. Contribution to the bottom line and feeding new and unique products into a company's product line is completely gender blind.
