The problem with this issue is that it has been proven false based on the following.

Research shows that people with the same college degree in the same job type make about the same pay.

The flawed research used a much lower standard such as women with a BS vs men with a BS.

The problem with the bill is it had zero to do with equal pay for equal work.

The way the bill was worded it wanted equal pay for “Similar” work, and equal pay for work of “equal value”.

It wasn't even about getting the same pay for the same job.

With the way it was worded it was just a full employment for lawyers bill.
