So he did NOT vote for the confirmation of Roberts but he did defend those who did vote FOR him. Didn't he defend that guy who advocated the death penalty of abortionists? And that guy who bombed the Pentagon too? He's just cordial to anyone he disagrees with, and lumps them all into the same category be Senators voting pursuant to the Constitution or other folks who would murder those Senators.
