No need to shout
Good point. Shouting does not seem to work, here or anywhere.
From now on I am going to get me one of them there bullhorn thingies and stand on top of the Empire State Building and bellow.
Maybe that will help.
Best regards,

They will say that not enough was done.
I will be one of them.
Seven years after 9/11 I still can not legally carry a gun or knife or cane sheath with a sword in it on an airplane, in a taxicab, on the street or --in Washington DC-- in my own home!
Nothing has changed post 9/11. We have a long way to go before We, the People, have restored our Republic to the state of Sovereignty it does and ought to have.

There is a bill in congress to prohibit this practice. You can see it at : The Hill Rat
Excellent point. Good luck with the "reform" attempt.
Naive as I am, I long for the day when government governs best that governs least.
I do not remember any TSA screening procedures on those long stage coach rides from the "east" to Californkneeah.
But then I age myself.

Whats your policy besides complaining?
I have always been partial to S&W 640 Centennial with 110 grain hollowpoints.
For heavier work a Colt Series 70 1911 is usually comforting.
And, of course, for fieldwork something in .308 usually does the trick. Though occasionally I have yearning for a shoulder fired Stinger Missile just in case.....

See? Consensus. Is that not what it is really all about?
