Tom Davis was a RINO. His district could easily switch to a liberal Democrat.

That's going to be a tough district. Nothing comes easy in Fairfax, but some of the worst parts have to be in Jim "a 6 year old black kid is stealing my car" Moran's district. I don't have my book with me, but Reston and Falls Church I believe are NOT in Davis's district.
It does have part of Prince William as well, so that helps.
