I remain one of McCain’s fiercest critics on FR, but I think you are right about the Ginsburg vote. It’s one of the weakest arguments against McCain.
On the other hand, the danger that McCain will be too eager to please Dems on future judicial confirmations is a real concern.
Perdogg, we have recognized for many years that the Senate of the United States was a vast wasteland. What you should be heralding are the votes of three men who did their duty as Senators to reject a miscreant like Ginsberg. Instead you loft those who voted for her. Why? To defend John McCain...
