John McCain has done NOTHING since he won the GOP nomination to win conservative loyalty. It just goes to remind people its a two way street. Rush Limbaugh shows why the GOP base remains disaffected. McCain's biggest problem is himself.

We should all follow Limbaugh’s directive and vote for Hillary.

Why don't we just vote for Rush's endorsed candidate tax cutter raiser Bobby Jindal?

Wait a minute. That's not his experience, and we have to keep this in mind. McCain's experience is succeeding not as a conservative. He thinks conservatives denied him the nomination in 2000. McCain sees his success as a "maverick," as making deals with Democrats. The media loves McCain. The Democrats loved McCain. That's where he is, and he thinks because he can cross the aisle, sit across the aisle, whatever; that makes him bigger and better than simple partisans and so forth. So, no. He doesn't look at conservatism as having anything to do with his success. Once you understand that -- you don't agree with it -- you'll understand why he's doing what he's doing.

I am starting to think this. I was pretty let live when he was winning the nomination; I wasn’t happy, but I have too many things to worry about to be freaked out about politics too much.
But, I am starting to be a bit concerned here. All he does is cave.

I understand he is a maverick, but he has to give us something......and he hasn’t yet.

Be loyal to McCain? Hell no! Even those voting for him, will be doing so, holding their noses. He keeps this up, he may find himsel;f a ‘Candidate of One’. Repuhnlicans could just decide to desert him. Start a radio/Online wrire in campaign because McCain is too detestably untrustworthy, and no better than either of the smarmy DemoLibs.

Rush is NOT telling people to vote for hill in ge.Well, good for that.
BUT, is he telling us to not be loyal to McCain? (Yes. I listened to Rush today) So, for whom of the three putative candidates do we vote, if McCain is out of consideration?

McCain is doing his “honorability” thing. He’s deathly afraid the MSM will take any instance where it can label him “racist” he will lose their favor. He’s ignorant. They don’t need him anymore as the “backstabber-Republican-who-speaks-the-truth-about-his-racist-party.
The commercial isn’t even cryptically racist except it plays in North Carolina so for some white urban liberals it must be racist.

McCain does not seek nor want the support of conservatives. He hates conservatives because the the flak he has received for some of his legislation. Just to name two, one he is enjoying now, campaign finance reform and the one everyone loved to dump on...immigration. For McCain his goal is to give a big finger the conservative base, you don't diss McCain!

If McCain doesn’t pick Romney, Sanford or Pawlenty as his running mate, I’m going to find it difficult to vote for him.

I have never heard him say such a thing. Besides, I don’t think he needs to tell people, especially me, NOT to be “loyal” to mclame.
mclame is a democrat on the verge of socialist lib pig. He gets nothing from me.

Depends on who’s on my ballot in November. If no Conservative is running, then I will be sitting home, drinking wine and blubbering to God for forgiveness and mercy.
In the meantime, I’m just praying for a miracle.
