The 'Bonnie and Clyde' of 60's Radicalism Given a Pass on 'The O'Reilly Factor' |

SHOCKING AUDIO TAPES OF RADICAL BOMBER BILL AYERS AND CONNECTIONS TO SENATOR BARACK OBAMA. Bill O'Reilly and I discussed the connections of University of Illinois at Chicago Professor Bill Ayers (former Weather Underground founder) and the Obama campaign. O'Reilly was inclined to give Obama a pass on his financial/personal connections to Ayers, who alongwith his wife Bernadine Dohrn, was responsible for bombing at least a dozen places during the 1960's during their Vietnam era protests. Ayers never served a day in jail, nor did his wife, for those assaults on America (Dohrn served about a year and a half on unrelated charges.) BTW, Dohrn has crazier than her husband --she embraced Charles Manson's slaughter of innocent people (Sharon Tate, Abigail Folger, the LaBianca's and others) during Manson's killing spree. However, the Weather Underground did manage to blow up three of their comrades with a bomb designed to kill Army officers at Fort Dix. I vehemently disagreed that O'Reilly should give Obama a pass on this part of his personal history. Ayers and Dohrn are hereafter referred to as "Bonnie and Clyde" of the sixties radicalized anti-war movement. Today, they would be called 'Domestic Terrorists." Let's review the bidding, shall we?Barack Obama & William Ayres

Ayers is a Distinguished Professor of Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His wife, Bernadine Dohrn, is a Clinical Associate Professor of Law at Northwestern University Law SchoolI guess that is all Obama sees. Who's past matters?
New story to me....can someone tell me WHY he and his wife were never prosecuted?
Not exactly the "Hardest Working Man" in news.
O’Reilly always wants to be “nice nice”. I can’t stomach the man. I watch when he has the culture quiz because that is fun. I even like Dennis Miller. But when he tries to take the “high ground” I want to puke.
Bill has been putting on extreme radicals lately and calling them “guests” and affording them very respectful treatment.
Bill has been an arrogant tool for a while now.
In 1972-73, FBI official Felt and his colleague Edward S. Miller authorized nine illegal break-ins at the homes of Weather Underground members. When the black bag jobs became public, the federal government decided it couldnt prosecute the alleged terrorists. Indicted during the Carter Administration, Felt and Miller were tried in 1980 in Washington. Ever the patriot, former President Nixon voluntarily testified on the defendants behalf, but they were convicted anyway and pardoned by President Reagan in March 1981.
Glenn Beck puts Oreilly to shame. Of course Oreilly rarely gets tuned into on my TV now that Glenn Beck is on.
The FBI bungled the case and the evidence to prosecute couldn't be used. THAT is the __only__ reason he and his terrorist friends didn't go to prison.
That’s pretty much the way I see things. I stopped watching Oh’Really long ago when he started putting on Whoraldo. Oh’Really is too full of himself. If I want to listen to liberals, I’d watch more of CNN.
O’Reilly has always been style over substance, even before the factor. He skims the Cliff Notes on an issue and then takes a bombastic stance, facts be damned, see his opinion on FreeRepublic.com and hundreds of other issues.
I saw this last night and she is absolutely right.
but if people were killed murder has no statute of limitations. they could certainly convict now.
O’Reilly is pandering to Barama , because he promised Bill he would appear on his show one day for an interview . Bill must think that any negative statements he makes might kill any chance with an interview .
Bill called Algore a patriot a few nights ago.
Good point.
