Unless you can show me otherwise, no, I’ve not seen that. They did rule on emergency medical treatment must be provided.
The states are the ones deciding to hand out welfare to them. Oklahoma, Arizona have been able to stop giving them benefits so far without the courts stopping it. Maybe Missouri, too, can’t recall.
