Sounds like a hoot.

IU sat off Iran for 53 days before the attempt and we had nukes with us.

The talk was very violent, we were not forgiving at all and expected many martyrdom attempts...It was in 1980 that the phrase Travel Agents to Allah was created!

Lots of great information there, and I mourn, along with everyone, those heroes who died in the mission to rescue
the hostages.

President (I hate to even use that term with this name) Carter
was a pathetic excuse of a man who managed to botch something
that could have been successful if handled right!...and so
many lives wouldn’t have been lost.

Thank God for President Reagan who was in office when they
were released. I will never forget, because I had surgery
that day and woke up to see a yellow ribbon tied to my bed.
I knew that they were free then!
