Tax cuts without spending cuts is bad business. Is there $300 million that can be cut from the budget?

This is a disappointment to read. Bobby Jindal was supposed to be part of the New Republican surge. I think Rush had even spoken about him and the VP slot. Maybe he will try to find the places to cut the budget so you all will get the tax cut eventually.
