Here is but one indicator of your purposed bias at FR:

POLYGAMIST RANCH

Wednesday, April 23, 2008 10:28:23 PM · 97 of 240 Howdy there to humblegunner

One 14 year old that is known of, and all 437 children should be ripped from their mothers and placed in a corrupt and violence filled foster care system?

.... You expect your posts to be hidden, troll? We can read back through your posts and gauge your bias. BTW, your hyperbole toward me and other posters is amusing in the main.

Those very same mothers would throw their 14 year old boys out onto the street if the Dear Leader ordered it.

I cannot even muster up a tear for those foolish women.

You make reasonable points.

If fingering worry beads, chanting, or endless posts would relieve the situation down their, I’d be with you. No one from FR will get to sit on a jury.:>) I just choose to back up and see the forest. These things are never as they seem. Sooooo...
In the end, it will be about the money; the abuse investigation will be the horse dragging the load.

I am biased against corrupt and violence filled CPS and foster care system.

If you are so supportive of such police state characteristics, why don’t you find a forum that you would be happier in, like DU?

When that poster stalks me around this forum, lies about me, tell Jim that I am a troll and from DU, and keeps stalking me and lying about me, that poster is stalking me. And that person has a wicked and hate filled heart to lie like that.

Wsell make up your mind, if I go to DU I can’t ‘stalk you’ on this thread. Which will it be? Perhaps you would like to show us how the Texas CPS and foster care are ‘violence filled’. Your wording belies your bias, troll.

Perhaps you would like to show us how the Texas CPS and foster care are ‘violence filled’

"I am here today to release disturbing information found during my investigation about the deaths, poisonings, rapes and pregnancies of children in our state's foster care system.

"I found, from information provided by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, in Fiscal 2003, 30 foster children died in our state's care; in Fiscal 2004, 38 foster children died; and in Fiscal 2005, 48 foster children died.

"Data shows that while the number of foster children in our state's care increased 24 percent from 26,133 in Fiscal 2003 to 32,474 in Fiscal 2005, the number of deaths increased 60 percent.

"If you compare the number of deaths of children in our state's population to the number of deaths in our state's foster care system, a child is four times more likely to die in our state's foster care system.

"Based on Fiscal 2004 data provided by the Health and Human Services Commission, about 100 children received treatment for poisoning from medications; 63 foster children received medical treatment for rape that occurred while in the foster care system; and 142 children gave birth while in the state foster care system.

"As alarming as these cases are, we can only imagine how much worse the Fiscal 2005 data is because Gov. Perry's Health and Human Services Commission has refused to provide the data needed to complete my investigation.

Well, I care if geezers rape children no matter where it happens, at a "ranch," in a crackhouse, wherever...and just because that evil is not the topic of this conversation doesn't mean you can negate this abuse. How obtuse of you to assume that no one cares about rape and abuse elsewhere? People who love freedom and children know what berserk and evil is, and you can read about it in any news any day. We know that it includes leaving a child with a mother who allows that child to be raped or otherwise abused in the name of religion. Children deserve a free life and happy childhood on this earth. They only get one shot at it.

What the hell is wrong with the child abuse and slavery apologists hanging around a site that starts with the word "FREE"? I think the lot of these nutjobs should put on a prairie dress, jump on a bus and ride into the ranch for a few nights of subjection, and that includes the men among you. Equal opportunity and all that.

You GO Girl/guy?....sorry I missed this on the first go 'round. Good on ya.

“I have had some experience in trying to prove these types of allegations and I know how difficult it is to prove, but failing to follow all the rules only does more damage in the long run to the very people that you are trying to protect, AND the perpetrators get off with nothing more than the hassle of the accusations.

The authorities could have used every legal means of entering that compound and made their presence a common occurrence. They could have used fire inspections, health dept inspections, department of education visits. They could have questioned the innoculation records and things like that, that would have required signatures of the parents. There is so much that the authorities could have done that would at least have deterred any violence against the children, because it would have lessened their isolation.”

In 2006 Utah did it the way they usually do it in the Mormon State.

“The Kingstons aren’t in the news as much these days, but back in the late 90’s the family definitely was. And Shurtleff now confirms that a year and a half ago, 80 warrants had been issued by the courts and that he was “gearing up” to serve them. Shurtleff said, “We considered going in a similar, swap type - I guess for lack of a better word - operation into a church meeting and bar the doors and start collecting evidence.”

Shurtleff says the plan was to take dozens and dozens of DNA swabs from the Kingston family. According to the attorney general, the goal of this raid was to try and determine if any acts of incest had been committed.

But in the end, Shurtleff decided against a Texas-style raid. Although, in talking about it, it almost seems like Utah’s Attorney General sometimes wonders...what if?

“We elected not to do that to try and work with their attorney. And, of course, the result of that was all our subjects disappeared, our targets disappeared and we didn’t get the warrants served like we hoped to do,” said Shurtleff.”

Howdy hates foster care with a passion.

I don't hate foster care. I have been a foster parent to a child. She is now reunited with her mom.

Why don't you stop with the lies about me and the personal attacks?
