Sad... Truly one of the greatest romantic hits.

A bad-breakup song that would make you bawl your eyes out! (or so I’m told...)

Beautiful song but the only time it made me cry was listening to Lee Greenwood butcher it.

"I Go Crazy" is one of the great sad songs of all time. Its one of those songs that pops up in my head from time to time, not because I am sad, but I just remember the way he sang it, so devastated.

RIP Paul Davis, you died way too young.

Well, she migrated to the west coast a few years after me. I still see her occasionally.

Maybe I’ll take a drive down there this summer and get her all hot and bothered.

I personally liked “Cool Night” best.

Meridian, MS took a double blow. Al "Show and Tell" Wilson died on April 21. Growing up in Meridian during the 1970's, I heard both these singers.

guess that leaves Steve Forbert as Meridian's greatest living singer.

I do too. Sad news. He made some really good music. Prayers for his loved ones.

That song always makes me think of a time back in '88. A girl I used to date and I were out for a drive, discussing the possibility of getting back together. That song came on the radio and I quickly changed the station. I never cared for the syrupy content or 'clangy' piano music.

She asked if I changed the station because the song made me think of her. I almost wrecked because I was laughing so hard. Get over yourself. What an ego!

I quickly scrapped any notion of rekindling that relationship because of that song. The girl in question is on her 3rd marriage now.

Paul likely had a different idea what effect his songs would have. I'd like to thank him for saving me time, money, trouble, and heartache.

I remember playing that song a lot when I was a DJ. It was a crowd favorite.
