When Mr. Gibson told him that federal tax revenues increased when capital gains taxes were cut, Mr. Obama looked liked a little kid who just learned there is no Santa Claus. He shifted into demagogue mode at this point, saying, "What I've said is that I would look at raising the capital gains tax for purposes of fairness. ...This is pure evil.
