There are signs of improvement for a baby whose stroller blew into Belmont Harbor, submerging him until his rescue, his grandmother said Sunday.
The 2-year-old boy, Lazar, “is doing better — brain, liver and kidneys,’’ said Draga Bojanovic. “Everybody’s happy.”
I pray that little Lazar will be healed and restored fully...
In water that cold, and a child that young, it’s actually quite likely that the boy will suffer no permanent ill effects. It’s called the mammalian dive reflex.
Thank you for this update. I can’t help but think Lazar- Lazarus? What a story. May God be with them.
This story just haunted me.
I could think of little else all day.
I have prayed a lot for this family.
Sounds like others have prayed as well.
I would love to see God come through for this family.
Have there been any follow up stories on this?
Does anyone know if this little boy is doing better?
