The Spirit has borne witness to me over and over that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the church of Christ restored, with the same priesthood that existed in the original church, the same ordinances, and the same doctrine. It has also borne witness to me that the Book of Mormon is another witness of Jesus Christ and an ancient record. It is also apparent to anyone with a rudimentary understanding of what the Book of Mormon contains and a brain that it could not have been written by an uneducated farm boy in the early 19th century.

BTW, you called me foolish. Apparently you don’t accept Matt. 5:22.

Ancient record huh. Tell me, where are the cities the bom describes? The bom records a population in the millions from sea to sea with steel, armor, chariots, horses, elephants, wheat, etc. Where are these artifacts? I can show you the 1st century pavement that Jesus walked on in Israel - Can you show me the similar here?

Nice try, mormon, but I’m not angry with you. Far from it. But you show your cult’s tendency to mischaracterize scripture is ingrained even in lawyers who are mormons. BTW, try reading Matthew 19 without the ‘divorce’ word in it, as if there is no way a first marriage could be anulled. Do you see why we’ve told you that Jesus taught that more than one wife, unless ‘legally’ the first wife was set aside IS ADULTERY?... Apparently, sadly, you can’t afford to see the truth that more than one wife is adultery (not polygamy, adultery), it would blow your cult into the dustbin it’s headed for.

"It?" "It??" "It has also borne witness to me...?" What? The Holy Ghost, rarely mentioned in much of Mormon theology, is so unfamiliar to you that HE's an "it?"

Allow me to introduce you to HIM. HE--the Holy Spirit--can be...

Grieved (Eph 4:30)
Outraged (Heb. 10:29)
Lied to (Acts 5:3)
Tempted (Acts 5:9)
Sent ("I will send Him unto you" -- Jesus, John 16:7)

The Holy Spirit...
Loves (Rom. 15:30)
Wills (1 Cor. 12:11)
Sends (Acts 13:4)
Forbids certain actions (Acts 16:6-7)
Teaches ("HE shall teach you all things" - Jesus, John 14:26)

The Holy Ghost isn't some impersonal influential power.

(Examples like these show that when the LDS kicked out the Trinity, they often kick out who the third Person of God is)

Ya gotta watch them 'spirits'; as they can be VERY deceiving!!

2 Corinthians 11:12-15
 12.  And I will keep on doing what I am doing in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things they boast about.
 13.  For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ.
 14.  And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.
 15.  It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

Like these fellows???

17 It no sooner appeared than I found myself delivered from the enemy which held me bound. When the light rested upon me I saw two Personages, whose brightness and glory defy all description, standing above me in the air. One of them spake unto me, calling me by name and said, pointing to the other—This is My Beloved Son. Hear Him!

Galatians 1:6-9
 6.  I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel--
 7.  which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.
 8.  But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!
 9.  As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!

ANYBODY???

Like this fine looking fellow???

KJV Proverbs 26:1-12
 1.  As snow in summer, and as rain in harvest, so honour is not seemly for a fool.
 2.  As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.
 3.  A whip for the horse, a bridle for the ass, and a rod for the fool's back.
 4.  Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.
 5.  Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.
 6.  He that sendeth a message by the hand of a fool cutteth off the feet, and drinketh damage.
 7.  The legs of the lame are not equal: so is a parable in the mouth of fools.
 8.  As he that bindeth a stone in a sling, so is he that giveth honour to a fool .
 9.  As a thorn goeth up into the hand of a drunkard, so is a parable in the mouth of fools.
 10.  The great God that formed all things both rewardeth the fool, and rewardeth transgressors.
 11.  As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly.
 12.  Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a fool than of him.

It look's like St. Paul didn't get the memo either!!

KJV Galatians 3:1
