FLDS Tipster Arrested for False Report - UPDATE: Is Barack Obama Delagate!?!?!
The Jawa Report ^ | April 19th, 2008

Posted on 04/19/2008 2:38:01 PM PDT by Mount Athos

UPDATE: Rozita Swinton, the woman arrested today for falsely tipping off the police that she was an abused child bride at the FLDS polygamy cult in Texas is a PLEDGED BARACK OBAMA STATE DELEGATE!!

It was her initial false report that started the investigation which has led to the removal of 400 children from their parents' custody.

Patterico: In an odd coincidence, a person named Rozita E. Swinton of Colorado Springs is listed on the El Paso County Democratic Party website as an Obama delegate.

From the webpage. The number next to her name indicates the precinct she's in.

How many Rozita Swintons can there be in Colorado Springs?

Another example of a Democratic activist making up a fake but accurate story? Sure, she lied about everything, but isn't the goal of removing children from parents who's lifestyle we don't approve of trump truth? [...] A Colorado woman named Rozita Swinton has been arrested for pretending to be an abused child bride on the Texas FLDS compound. ABC:

Texas Rangers participated in the arrest of a Colorado woman who allegedly pretended to be a girl locked in a basement. The Rangers were in the state as part of their investigation into the Texas polygamy custody battle, local police told ABC News....

But ABC News has learned that Texas Rangers flew to Colorado Springs, Colo., and participated in the arrest of a 33-year-old woman who was charged with filing a false report.

The FBI also told ABC News it is assisting local police in the investigation. Colorado Springs police said in a statement that "The Texas Rangers were in Colorado Springs Wednesday as part of their investigation involving the compound in Texas."

Chrissy the poster boy for Metrosexuals with the hots for Hussein Obama is probably even hotter for his Hussein.

Just look at all of the opeds written by the gay mafia in the MSM since the debate. They are so funny to watch when they get mad and want to protect their boy friend, Hussein.

The roots of the tree may be poisoned, but the fruit was not.

Unfortunately that's not how the Law looks at it. Google up "fruit of the poisoned tree" sometime.

This whole case is going to get tossed.

I took a snapshot of the page, for posterity’s sake. Hopefully Wayback has a picture of it.

No it is all BS, based on little fact, I don't know of one word in that is actual fact. Except maybe they spelled some word correctly.

Close to all being BS.

The reason this was done was not to discredit Romney.

The reason is perhaps more insidious. Allow for some rampant speculation.

Obama going into PA was taking lots of heat. He needed to take the focus of the nation off of Wright, Rezco, and Bittergate. Therefore another story was needed for the media to go after. A sensational story.

Of course, this all assumes, among other things, that the informant is in fact in Obama’s camp.

You said: “So what does this do for the validity of the case...? ... The roots of the tree may be poisoned, but the fruit was not.”

The “tree” refers to the good faith legal actions of the prosecutor, and not to the person making the allegations. The prosecutor investigated the complaint in good faith and obtained a properly executed warrant, based on what she understood to be true at the time. She did nothing illegal. The fact that the complainant lied does not change the legality of the search.

Common examples of “poisoned trees” would be warrantless searches, or searches based on a warrant which was procured as the result of a prosecutor who knowingly lied to the judge.

I have tried and tried to explain that to several of the FLDS supporters here and it just seems beyond their ability to understand, that and the difference between criminal and civil.

Good Job!

He is also a real drama queen, here is a little of his life story from attempting a lame girls type suicide, to visions, to dead people, to flirting with fundamental Mormonism himself, he seems to be something of a loser that found a cult to join.

Do you mean one of the SUPER DELEGATES?

I think the correct term is "Stupor Delegates".
