For the second straight month, Democrat Mark Udall holds a three-point edge over Republican Bob Schaffer in the race to become Colorados next United States Senator. The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey in Colorado found Udall attracting 45% of the vote while Schaffer earns 42%. A month ago, Udall was up 46% to 43%. Two months ago, it was Schaffer with a statistically insignificant one point lead.
This is the fourth straight Rasmussen Reports election poll to find the two candidates within three points of each other.

This one is still deadlocked. If Schaffer could raise some more moeny, maybe he could pull ahead. But it’s gonna be close.
Colorado has too many new immigres now......gonna be next to impossible to beat Udall this year. Harry Reid is dream of 60.
I don’t live in this district, and so can’t give specifics as to why this is, but at least in my district, our Republican Congressman feels no need to answer constituent mail or help in any way.
As a Colorado Republican, I can say that when I’ve talked to others, there is a sense of being ignored and it’s pretty perturbing.
Unless things change, I plan to vote for Mickey Mouse in the next Congressional race. At least he makes cartoons we can all enjoy.
With a fully funded Schaffer, Boulder moonbat Udall is very definitely beatable. This isn’t New Mexico.
I have been contributing for Shaffer. The conduct of the DNC convention in Denver could really shape this race. If it is like DNC ‘68 as a particular group is trying to re-create, it could hurt Democrats in general.
This is one that needs national attention. Bob Shaffer is a GREAT conservative. Almost no money. Udall is a Boulder (for non-Coloradans, think Berkeley) leftist.
I've been giving regularly to Bob. Any in or out of staters who could pony up some money have an opportunity to profoundly influence the US Senate for the next six years.
Bob can win this one but he'll need money for the media campaign. He won't get a lot of help from the NRC because he's too solidly conservative.
Is Udall LDS?
Udall received $15000 from Abramoff.
Thanks for the recommendation; I’ll send him some money.
