At 5:59 a.m., SAGE telephones the Davidians, notifying them of an imminent tear-gas assault. SAGE reads a message over the loudspeaker, advising the Davidians that they are under arrest and should come out. At 6:02 a.m., two FBI combat engineering vehicles, or CEVs, begin inserting gas into the compound through spray nozzles attached to a boom. At 6:04 a.m., the Davidians start shooting, and the FBI begin deploying Bradley vehicles to insert ferret rounds through the windows. At 6:31, the HRT reports that the entire building is being gassed. At about 7 a.m., RENO and senior advisors go to the FBI situation room. At 7:30, a CEV breaches the front side of the building on the first floor as it injects gas, and at 7:58 a.m., gas is inserted in the second floor of the back-right corner of the building. The FBI calls for more gas from outside Waco, and at 9:20 a.m., 48 more ferret rounds arrive from Houston. At about 9:30 a.m., with the supply of ferret rounds dwindling, one CEV is having mechanical troubles, and high winds are blowing the gas away. Another CEV begins enlarging the opening in the middle-front of the building "from which the Davidians could escape" and a third CEV with a boom but lacking a gas delivery system breaches the rear side of the building "to create openings near the gymnasium." At about 11 a.m., (Washington time) RENO talks to CLINTON, saying everything seems to be going well, and she leaves for a judicial conference in Baltimore at 11:30 a.m.. The CEV without a gas delivery system breaches the back side of the compound, concentrating on the back right corner near the warehouse-gymnasium. At 11:40 a.m., the last ferret rounds are delivered.

Does anyone here remember Paul Gray{Grey?} from HPD who was supposedly an unbiased investigator?...Did you know he was laison to ATF and even advertised himself as such with his card prior to all this happening!!.
Sure they would -- just like Coleen Rowley or Fred Whitehurst, eh? You believe that the feds will willingly allow and protect whistleblowers that divulge info that will smash irrevocably their rice bowls? Oh, that's right -- they can go into Witness Protection. Dream on!
I have no love or respect for Howell or Jeffs, but the gross misuse of unconstitutional force is abhorrent on its face, and all those involved should be treated as harshly as the manner they subjected their victims to. You can put a collar on that pig; but you can't sell me it as a dog.
ping to post 101.
Here's a winning entry from little 6 1/2 year-old Dixon:
This is not a fake; check the URL under the image's "properties".
They're proud of it.
While I wouldn't put it past the govt to create fake autopsy reports, it is the only autopsy reports themselves which have any consistency.
The feds (through shills and FLIR footage) claim that the BDs were machine-gunned as they tried to exit the building. There's two problems with this: 1) None of the gunshot wound victims were found outside and 2) the back of the concrete pantry (bunker) shows no evidence of any gunshots. (See: Automatic Gunfire Recorded on FLIR
Where there were 20 people who supposedly died from gunshot wounds, we would expect to find the bullets. Yet, of those that died on April 20th, no bullets were found. All of the victims who died in the February raid were all found with bullets in their bodies.
In a case like this, where everyone supposedly died all on the same day, we would expect to see the same amount of decomposition. Yet this is not the case.
The feds claimed that the bodies were shattered when the roof of the pantry (bunker) collapsed, yet photos show only a 12" hole in the roof.
The feds claimed that the BDs wore gas masks, yet none were found on or near the bodies.
There are also several inconsistencies with the survivor's accounts. Clive Doyle claims he went back into the burning building three times to save his dog, yet made no effort to save his 18 year old daughter. In fact, he said he never saw her that day.
On and on it goes. The only consistency is the autopsy reports. Even in the 1998 trial, the only thing not discussed was --the autopsy reports and the condition of the bodies. Imagine that. A murder trial takes place yet the condition of the bodies and and the manner of death is not discussed. There was plenty of FLIR discussion and even a recreation to determine if the flashes on the FLIR were gunshots or reflections, but not a word about the bodies themselves.
The only conclusion is that the last thing the feds wanted discussed was the physical evidence --the bodies of those who died.
Why didn't the feds want the bodies discussed?
Because it would've shown that most, if not all, died prior to April 19th.
Sorry, no recollection if I ever heard the name. Google doesn’t help with that limited info, either.
Yup, it’s been 15 years and there wasn’t much of an internet back then. I happen to know this first hand and furnished the card to the Davidians lawyer, also, it was on the local news.
Was the first cover up the missing front door and the tape footage when Koresh opened the door? Also is Carole Moore the best source on Waco?
Rick Ross is a convicted felon (embezzlement), and got hit for $2.5 million in a civil case about a kidnapping.
I wouldn’t take his word for it if he told me water was wet.
You might want to review some of this {edited} video. Pay attention between 1:30 and 6:08.
Based on the predicted CS exposure situation in the Mount Carmel compound and assuming the exposed people were not able to leave such worst exposure scenarios, despite the very irritating, burning effects of CS inducing heavy coughing, and considering the variation in sensitivity in humans, including children, there is a distinct possibility that this kind of CS exposure can significantly contribute to or even cause lethal effects.

On top of that there isnt(wasn't at the time) a gas mask made for kids. The ATF knew the kids had no protection at all.
Cult Awareness Network paid $2.5 million holding Ross liable for conspiracy to deprive Jason Scott of his religious freedoms. Ross had to pay $250,000 but settled a year latter for $5,000 and community service.

people were posting links of this guy to me
(to help educate me)
I wonder if they knew this...
Thank you ex 98C MI Dude
I googled to find out...
You may be wasting your time, FRiend.
There are folks who believe everything they see on the six o’clock news.
There are folks who will chase after every conspiracy theory that comes along.
And there are folks who are afraid to face anything that upsets their view of the world. No amount of reasoning will sway them.
To post garbage like this on any forum, especially a patriotic one, is beyond shameful.
