Police in Colorado Springs have arrested a woman for investigation of making a false report to authorities that may be connected to the Fundamentalist LDS Church's raid on the YFZ Ranch in Texas. The woman allegedly has a history of making calls while pretending to be a young girl.

Rozita Swinton, 33, was arrested on a warrant charging her with false reporting to authorities, a misdemeanor, the Colorado Springs Police Department confirmed in a brief statement issued late Thursday. Swinton was arrested at her home on Wednesday in connection with an incident that occurred in Colorado Springs in February, police said

For the native born you’re probably right but I arrived here when I was four from the U.S.S.R. and they didn’t allow us to take any documentation. I have no idea where my Birth Certificate is or even if it exists.

But you do have the documents your parents received on entering the US, right?

Typical of all “newsies” I’m sure ~ anything to blast America as an oppressive state.

I assume so. They wouldn’t have given us citizenship without them right? These days though... :-)

I read where she's on Obama’s election committee

Turns out she's also a fourth cousin to Jimmy Carter.

Quite interesting ~ Brent no doubt knows what happened to him.

I'd unfortunately predicted this several days ago, and again this morning ~ that we'd find out folks with a NAMBLA angle in their lives would be in here defending FLDS.

And so, they might.

(Just telling the spouse that this is getting surreal ~ way beyond anything I'd imagined in the 3+ decades I'd been tracking these folks down. Knew all about the broken bones deal but had not imagine the cult leaders would ban ladder and ride toys from the children to cut that that expense as well. This all blows my mind.)

(1) The Feds are not involved in the YFZ investigation. It is a State of Texas investigation.
