As a former Marine, may I say you are exactly correct!! I cringe everytime he mentions Wright being an "ex Marine". I wish we could all keep that a secret so he does not bismirch the Marine Corps. May I also point out that unfortunately John Murtha and Charles Whittman were also former Marines. As you point out, it doesn't mean anything. There are wicked people that join the Marine Corps also.
