I have never purchased anything via any of those Ebay-type websites.

But, doesn’t Ebay have a ‘complaint department’ on their website?

I tried complaining to Ebay when I found some people selling pirated copies of a Korean drama. Little to nothing came of it.

Actually, I believe the problems are with the paypal system, also.

(I’ve never used them but my sister has many times)
