It’s unfortunate that our legal system is so broken that this kind of tactic could work.

Tort reform has been a long time coming, it would be ironic if our sworn enemies finally push legislatures over the edge and cause the problem to be fixed as a result of their attempts to use it against us weigh against the current system.

Loser pays would be one example of a possible fix; those filing frivolous lawsuits would impoverish themselves, and those making noises against Islam or defending against Islam would gain.

Legal Jihad is gaining momentum . . . .

On another front there's something called Sharia finance that -- "Damn the conditions imposed by radical Islam, just look at those Middle Eastern tantalizing trillions!" -- is arousing our banks and Wall Street wallahs to heretofore unknown altitudes of avarice.
