U.S. Rep. Geoff Davis, a Hebron Republican, compared Obama and his message for change similar to a "snake oil salesman."
He said in his remarks at the GOP dinner that he also recently participated in a "highly classified, national security simulation" with Obama.
"I'm going to tell you something: That boy's finger does not need to be on the button," Davis said. "He could not make a decision in that simulation that related to a nuclear threat to this country."

Oh boy! Looks like O'Bama is gonna try to race card his way out of the "bitter" mess by rallying the Marxists against this quote. Leave it to a Kentucky...um...good ol' boy to give him some ammo just when he was fresh out.

"I'm going to tell you something: That boy's finger does not need to be on the button," Davis said. So how are things in the 19th century, Congressman Davis?

Oh, geez, here come the empty cries of racism. How dare Davis use the term ‘boy’ in reference to Obama.

Yep. It doesn’t matter that he is correct in his analysis, he’ll be called on the carpet for using ‘boy’. Double standard in action. I’ll give it < 4 hours before NAACP/Sharpton/Jackson/Wright calls for an apology/resignation.

He doesn’t look too intelligent. “Boy” - that was a stupid thing to say.

So now, being called a “boy” due to your age and your junior senator status qualifies as a racist remark?
I’m sure that’s the way all of the black “reverends” will spin it, though. Funny that all of the black reverends that are nationally known — Sharpton, Jackson, Wright, Farrakhan — are bonkers and about as far from a true reverend (meaning “deserving of reverence”) as possible.

Boy? BOY? What’s this “boy” s___, cracker? /obama rant

“Geoff” Davis - an oddly appropriate name considering his poor choice of words. I am sure, however, that he only meant in terms of Sen. Obama’s lack of experience and his relative youth compared to Davis.

In PC English calling a 4 year old black male person a “boy” is inexcusably racist.

Sen. Obamas lack of experience and his relative youth compared to Davis.Lack of experience, certainly, but Davis is only three years older than Oboyma.
Off to the media pillory!

When I read it, I thought he was referring to Obama’s youth and inexperience. “Young man” would probably have been more politic.
