I came up with this website that was using it as early as 11Apr.

It bothers me a little that nobody managed to come up with this long before last week, and there are some indications that it was slightly used before that. It is tough to get good searches, though, because there is a foreign (Czech?) word “snobam” that has “snobama” as some type of declension... I think it may have been used months ago by someone here at FR a couple times, but that person wasn’t me, as I was fixated on the “ODumbo” appellation for more reasons than simply his ears.

SnObama seems so very obvious.

By the way, Malkin is now selling “SnObamaWear” with that great nose in the air graphic on it.
