Broke the rules of the show? Yes, I'm sure Dr. Phil and management was completely in the dark about this. These girls deserve to be in lockup.

Is Dr. Phil related to this gal? Other than a publicity stunt for his bottom line why would he get involved? Yes I have heard of Dr. Phil but I have not paid much attention to him.... I hear about him from a person I know that watches Oprah.

Typical of this guy to side with the criminals. I wonder if he bothered to send his condolences to the victim here?

Dr. Phil fits in really well with this bunch of little sluts. He is a manwhore for Oprah since she made him. What a joke. It looks like he may have actually changed his mind on this though.

This was mentioned on the news this morning. Showed a clip of one of the grandmothers saying that if this is true, the girls belong in jail. The father of one of the darlings said the charges were trumped up. Morons.

Dr. Phil should be in the lockup too. How many times has he violated the ethics of his profession for his TV show?

Corigliano explained that the show has previously helped other “guests and potential guests” of the show with different needs, but in this case “certain staff members” who were in the process of booking guests for the Dr. Phil McGraw show went a bit too far and broke the rules of the show.

So...
Dr. Phil generates grist for his talk show
by interfering with the judicial process

The gratitude from the “future guest” is
bought and paid for.

Two justice systems?

High school girls beat up another girl - their bonds are $30,000 to $37,000.

An NFL player knocks an innocent man unconscious with one punch, flees the scene, then lies to the police - his bond is $1,000.

From the Sun-Sentinel.com:

“[Miami] Dolphins fullback Reagan Mauia was arrested in Weston [FL] early Friday on simple battery charges.....The police report states Mauia approached a man and his girlfriend in the parking lot just before midnight.....Mauia asked the man, Michael Gianatassio, 27, “what the [expletive] he was looking at,” the report states.....All of a sudden, Mauia punched Gianatassio in the face with a closed fist.....The victim was knocked unconscious and fell to the ground, while Mauia drove away in a black Cadillac Escalade.....A witness used a cell phone to take a picture of the license plate and deputies tracked down Mauia at the address.....Once confronted, Mauia denied being at the sports bar, officials said.....Mauia, 23, was bonded out for $1,000 at 10:31 a.m. and faces a first-degree misdemeanor.”

The Dr. Phil representative was waiting by the jail’s exit, and when Nichols walked out, he tried to block Tampa TV station camera people from getting video of Nichols and her family leaving jail.

Mary Nichols, the grandmother of one of the girls who was arrested, says her family is suffering, too.

The beating is alleged to have happened at Nichols’ house while she was at work.

The tape shows Lindsey being beaten and taunted as other teenagers shout in the background. Nichols’ granddaughter, Mercades Nichols, 17, remains in the Polk Regional Juvenile Detention Center along with six other minors who were arrested in the case. Nichols described Mercades as “really a loving, caring kid.”

“This is definitely traumatic to everyone, not just to Tori’s family,” Nichols said Tuesday.

Tori was staying at Nichols’ Lakeland home because she was having problems with her family, police and Nichols said.

This is just downright sick. Bailing out someone who hospitalized a girl and wrecked her hearing and vision. So that they could be on a TV show? So that they could finish the job they started on the poor girl?

According to news reports, the bail was around $33,000 & had to be put up in cash or collateral.

Somehow, I doubt that the Dr Phil Show petty cash box had that much sitting around in change; so the idea that a staff member did this alone is ridiculous.

I blame Dr. Phil 100%.

Either he approved of this, or he didn’t and allows people to do truly foolish things on his behalf and in his name.

Either way, Dr. Phil seems to operate without morals or ethics.

Congratulations, Dr Phil, you found a place one rung below the paparazzi on the MSM food chain.

MY DAUGHTER IS NOT THE ONE WHO BEAT HER! I AM A FIRM BELIEVER IN GUILT BY ASSOCIATION BUT SHE WAS SCARED TO CALL THE POLICE OR SHE WOULD GET THE CRAP BEAT OUT OF HER. DO I BELIEVE SHE SHOULD BE SET FREE AND NOT GET ANYTHING?? NO, I THINK SHE SHOULD GET SOMETHING BUT BEING ONE OF THE TOP 3 THAT HAVE THE MOST CHARGES WHILE THE OTHERS GET LESS CHARGES!

It usually takes me about 5 minutes to get my wife to change the channel when DR. PHILTH is on TV. The man is a fraud, pandering to the female crowd.

Any man that appears on his TV show needs a swift kick in the pants.

I’m gonna watch him on Monday long enough to see who his advertisers are. His attempt to “clintonize” his way out of this might work with the sheep that watch his show, but it won’t work with advertisers

CAN WE PLEASE OUTLAW CHEERLEADING NOW?

Every time there is one of these stories it’s always a pack of cheerleaders. They’re like pit bulls - one you may be able to deal with, but get them in a pack and they are out of control.

Cheer leading should not be allowed in grammar schools or high schools. If you’re over 18, maybe, but I think they should have to register like sex offenders so society can keep an eye on them.

How many children, both girls and boys, have been terrorized by cheerleaders in the public schools? Cheerleaders are public school bred bullies. I’d bet that there a lot more hits if you google cheerleader arrested than if you google “spelling bee winner arrested” or “valedictorian arrested”. And I’d bet the bee winner or valedictorian arrests won’t be for violence.
