There are some wholly American made premium vodkas that are far superior to Absolut. Try Shakers Vodka (made in Minnesota)or Titos Vodka (made in Texas) even good old Smirnoff's Vodka is US made. I would rather drink vodka labeled “for veterinary use only” before drinking Absolut
