I think that it is quite obvious from “speaking off script” that he’s got other people writing his lines.

He has the full support of the Teddy Kennedy machine, a machine that's famous for having some of the best speech writers in the world, who are fully experienced at spraying perfumed glitter on stinking pieces of feces.
