Yes, that’s proof that he did it, after the fact.
They evidently didn’t see it while it was happening or they would have called the police.
I can smell a law suit in the making though. It will be that Wal-Mart should have had someone monitoring those cameras.
If they had him on video for half and hour before the attack why in hell didn’t they continue watching him and anyone else approaching his area?????? If they had the video on him for half an hour before the attack didn’t they THINK he might have had some evil reason going on???? I can’t figure this one out. This woman could have been spared.
