(So, you don’t believe in private property rights of others, just yours.)

That’s a hell of a stretch! But yes! mine comes before theirs, when it’s on my property. Just as i would respect theirs if it was on their property. This isn’t a parking lot and these people are not my employee’s, it’s a ranch. Coming through that gates like coming into my back yard.

I bet the access easement existed before you became the land owner. If they are on the easement, they are not on your property.

I also bet that the easement does not allow you to set the terms of the use of the easement beyond what is in the easement its self.

There is no specific easement’s, I own 100% of all surface rights. I control all access to the wells. They come in where i tell them to and travel how i tell them to. All i have to do by law, is allow access.

Yes, and further more, we should be able to take our weapons anywhere.

"The bad news is that car burglaries will sharply increase at work locations."

The good news though, is that car-jackings will drop precipitously.

I’m sorry . I cannot support this poll . They are always manipulated & FReeping polls only adds to the dishonesty in my opinion . I will say that the Founding Fathers knew what they were doing .

My position is I dont need permission from the FedGov to own a defense device be it a firearm or any other device and I live my life this way .

I’ve got enough to do up here in Colorado ... Good luck to you good folks down in the sun and it’s always nice to see you and the crew Joe ;)
