I grew up in the east Bay Area and this picture really makes me home sick. Even being an ex-Californian it's easy to think there is nothing at all redeeming about the Golden State, but then you see pictures like this and it's no wonder that Reagan loved her so much.

Every time I'm back in the Bay Area, I have said many times "you know if this place weren't so $#@$#-ed up, I could live here again."

Compare that picture with the many photos of the vapid libs — you know the type — the ones that have not had an original thought since their first day of Psych 1 at “the Farm” or Sociology 101 at UC Berkley.

I lived there for 8 years and have not missed that demon infested slime pit at all. The scenery is beautiful, I’ll give it that, but more than offset by the arrogance of the morons that live there, which in its mind numbing, provincial group think, is one of the most pathetic things I have ever experienced first hand.

Now San Diego, my home town, there is a CITY, my FRiend. Too bad it is becoming Norte Tijuana.
